PDPA Notice

BridgeTech helps aesthetic and beauty clinics run patient communication on the official WhatsApp Business API. In doing so, we process personal data on behalf of our clinic clients in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Consent is captured before any broadcast message is sent, and every broadcast includes a clear, one-tap opt-out. Conversation data is used only to answer inquiries, manage bookings, and send the reminders a patient has agreed to receive.

Anything medical or sensitive raised in conversation is handed off to the clinic's own team — it is never used for automated decisions, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
