Platform we use
Services are delivered on the Respond.io platform, operated by Rocketbots Limited. BridgeTech uses Respond.io as its messaging infrastructure provider and is not legally connected to Respond.io, or to WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of the underlying platform by clients is subject to Respond.io's Terms of Service at respond.io/terms-of-service.
Service dependency
WhatsApp messaging services depend on the WhatsApp Business API operated by Meta and the Respond.io platform; availability of these third-party services is outside BridgeTech's control.
